AMMAR - PROJECT

The AMMAR project of the Government of Georgia aims to sustainably raise incomes and reduce poverty for the rural population of Georgia. The Project is funded through the International Fund for Agriculture Development (IFAD). AMMAR’s development objective is to motivate private investments in climate-smart agricultural value chains to increase incomes and strengthen resilience of farmers of selected value chains in project areas.
The project also aims to establish links between beneficiaries and potential buyers - the AMMAR supplier list contains data about the producers from different regions of Georgia.
